That is the place where our Chef, Dariusz Chmielewski, prepares culinary adventures everyday, winding down paths of sophisticated tastes, curious compositions and aromatic spices, directly to a land of culinary bliss.
All this is achieved by combing traditional recipes, with world-renowned creations and the highest quality ingredients. Our culinary craftsmanship is something worth tasting!

Cooking has aways been his passion. Fifteen years ago, from this passion arose a profession, still being enriched with more knowledge and qualifications. He holds a degree in gastronomy and dietetics.
Chef Chmielewski has taken part in national cooking competitions participant such as the Primerba Cup, Sielawa Blues. His goal is to find the one, perfect taste. His cuisine is known for combining different, often surprising ingredients, delivering unique tastes. He always cooks with fresh, high quality and mostly organic products.
He is widely recognized for his excellent choices, making the end product a real culinary masterpiece.
We take pride in our individual approach to each guest. Therefore we always take all diets, preferences and/or allergies into account. Valuing the comfort of our guests, and taking care about the freshness of all served meals, we provide the experience of our kitchen only for guests staying at the hotel.
